Mark Leach's practice focuses on health care law, construction disputes and public procurement matters. He has tried 26 bench and jury trials to verdict.Recent Assignments

- Successfully argued appeal clarifying disappointed bidders' right to judicial review of state procurement awards
- Successfully prosecuted certificate of need show cause action on behalf of regional ambulance service
- Prosecuted claims on behalf of largest steel water tank manufacturer concerning industrial cleaning and painting of steel

Before Stites & Harbison
Before joining Stites & Harbison, Mark served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force. In the winter of 2001, he deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
More Than Stites & Harbison
Mark is a board member of Down Syndrome of Louisville and chairs its Development Committee. He presented at the World Down Syndrome Congress in Dublin, Ireland. Mark also serves on the board of Down Syndrome Affiliates in Action, a national trade association of local support groups.
