Ryan Loghry is a construction litigator who handles construction disputes of all kinds in federal and state courts, mediation, and arbitration.  His practice also includes contract review, negotiations, and advising clients on construction employment law issues.  Mr. Loghry also litigates business disputes in addition to his construction practice.

Recent Assignments

Mr. Loghry's recent work for general contractors has included:

  • Part of team that successfully arbitrated a three-month multi-million dollar claim for a design/builder on a manufacturing facility project and defended back charge claims by the project owner
  • Successfully defended a general contractor against a subcontractor's $600,000 loss of productivity claim on an automotive assembly plant project
  • Obtained a summary judgment against an owner's $1 million defect claim on a sewer line project and successfully defended the summary judgment at the Court of Appeals
  • Won a bench trial for a general contractor to recover the rest of extra work that it provided to the owner
  • Successfully defended design/builder against claims asserted by an adjacent property owner and excavation subcontractor for damage allegedly caused by mud and water from the construction site after heavy rains
