Richard Myers counsels clients on patent infringement, patent validity and patentability. He also prepares and prosecutes patents in a wide variety of chemical and mechanical arts, and has litigation experience in this arena. Richard is one of the firm's 16 Registered U.S. Patent Attorneys and is trained as a chemist. From 1997-99, Mr. Myers worked with Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch in Falls Church, Va. He also served as a Patent Examiner with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
