Greg Parsons has served on the firm's management committee since 2006 and is the former chairman of the firm's Construction Service Group. As practice group leader, he directed nearly 20 attorneys who handle a range of construction transactions and disputes. He has earned the status of LEED Green Associate.

Greg's practice focuses on litigation, with a particular emphasis on representing clients in construction and business disputes. He also drafts and reviews construction contracts and participates in alternative dispute resolution as an advocate and neutral.

  • Successfully represented a trade organization in the Kentucky Supreme Court in overturning an unauthorized practice of law opinion relating to real estate closings
