Dominick Moore joined the firm's Louisville office in September 2005 and is now located in the Atlanta office.  He is a transactional lawyer focusing on business law, securities and finance, and general corporate law.

Recent Assignments

  • Support for the legal team in its general representation of a company with operations in China and Kentucky
  • Support for the legal team that provides general representation to a company that manufactures and sells wind turbines
  • Support for the legal team representing an underwriter with respect to the issuance of $330 million in industrial revenue bonds
  • Support for the legal team that completed the corporate reorganization of a former publicly-held company valued at $400 million
  • Support for the legal team that represents a multinational lender, as loan sellers counsel, in connection with its securitization of fixed rate commercial mortgage loans in the amount of almost $30 billion in 2006-2008
  • Support for the legal team working with the Louisville Regional Airport Authority

Before Stites & Harbison

While completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Louisville, College of Business and Public Administration, Dominick served as an intern in South Carolina's Governor's office. In law school, he was President of the Black Law Students Association at the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville and served as an intern for the Honorable Ann O'Malley Shake, Jefferson Circuit Court, Division 13.
