Tyler joined the firm in 2005. He is a transactional lawyer focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, commercial, securities and general corporate law. Tyler joined Stites & Harbison in September 2005 after participating in the firm's summer associate program in 2003 and 2004. In the summer of 2004, Tyler was also a summer associate with Alston &Bird, LLP, in Atlanta. Before law school, Tyler worked as an assistant to the Special Counsel to the Governor of Indiana. Outside of practicing, Tyler enjoys overseas travel, music and fly fishing. He also manages to be a passionate fan of both University of Kentucky and Indiana University athletics.Recent Assignments
