Sarah G. Cronan is a Member in the firm's Louisville office. She is experienced in product liability litigation involving drugs, medical devices, respirators, machinery, recreational and consumer products as well as insurance coverage cases and commercial litigation. She also has experience in toxic tort matters involving exposure to asbestos, silica, benzene and welding fumes. Sarah has tried several cases to jury verdict and has extensive experience in the defense of cases from the outset through appeal in state and federal courts throughout the country. She provides risk management advice to product manufacturers as well.

Recent Assignments

  • As national counsel for a manufacturer of artificial hips and knees, coordinated defense of medical device litigation pending around the country, including discovery, dispositive motions, mediations and trial preparations
  • Kentucky counsel for international pharmaceutical company
  • As national corporate counsel for a machine manufacturer, oversees all litigation pending around the country and developed a safety campaign for a product line
