Community Involvement
Sheldon Haden is a trial lawyer focusing on products liability and personal injury defense. She is a member of the firm's Torts & Insurance Practice Service Group, as well as the Health Care Service Group.

- Obtained Kentucky Court of Appeals opinion affirming summary judgment on behalf of community hospital based on sovereign immunity
- Successfully defended asbestos case involving a plaintiff with mesothelioma
- Won permanent injunction on behalf of hospital with claims involving EMTALA

More Than Stites & Harbison
Sheldon is a board member of the Women Lawyers Association of Jefferson County. She provides volunteer legal services to the Legal Aid Society, handling divorces; to the Domestic Violence Advocacy Program (DVAP), representing victims of domestic violence; and GuardiaCare, aiding individuals at financial and physical risk. She is a member of the Louisville Mothers of Twins Club. In 2004, the Louisville Bar Association honored her with the Outstanding Volunteer Attorney award.
Before Stites & Harbison
Prior to law school, Sheldon taught gymnastics and led a national championship dance team. For a brief and exhausting period, she worked at Ford Motor Company as the youngest female ever on the assembly line.
Besides Stites & Harbison
Sheldon is mom to four-year old boy/girl twins and a two-year old daughter. She enjoys playing tennis and reading.
