Community Involvement
Bill Haden has been practicing law for more than 30 years handling real estate and finance matters. He is the Chair of the firm's Real Estate and Finance Practice Group for the firm's Kentucky and Indiana offices. He brings significant bond counsel experience to help clients dealing with letter of credit, real estate and commercial leasing issues. He is listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers (2004-2010), in The Best Lawyers in America® (2006-2010) and Kentucky Super Lawyers (2009-10).
Right out of law school, Mr. Haden served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Roy Vance of the Kentucky Supreme Court. For a time, he was a partner in a boutique law firm in tax-exempt financings and banking law. Bill has served as president of Harmony Landing Country Club and currently serves as a member of its Board of Directors, an Elder to Westport Road Church of Christ, on the board of St. Matthews Little League, and as a volunteer recorder for Reading for the Blind and Dyslexic ("RFB&D"), a national organization for the visually impaired. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Kids Center for Pediatric Therapies. A former college tennis player, he still works at it, playing USTA-rated doubles (having acknowledged that singles is for guys with two good knees). He's also an avid, but very unaccomplished, weekend golfer.

". . . extraordinarily good . . . considered one of the best lawyers in the state."- ChambersUSA 2008
