Atlanta Motorsports Park, Atlanta

Atlanta Motorsports Park, LLC, closed on a 153-acre site in Dawsonville, Georgia, for its new, private club for motorsports enthusiats.  The park will feature a world-class driving course and a number of amenities for members and their guests.  The project will also be an asset to the community by providing defensive driving education and a testing area for emergency vehicles.  Development of the motorsports park will be financed in part with the proceeds of a Reg. D securities offering and mortgage financing.

Bill Mathieu represented Atlanta Motorsports Park in the real estate closing.  Richard Flexner and Allen Bradley represent the park with regard to the securities offering as well as the organizational and financial elements of the project.
