  • Successfully defended a general contractor against an electrical subcontractor's $600,000 loss of productivity claim involving installation of equipment at an automotive plant.
  • Represented Kentucky automotive parts manufacturers to establish facilities, including an accounts receivable securitization facility and a synthetic lease transaction.
